Upon arrival at your local terminal, the freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. It is important to provide accurate contact information during the ordering process to ensure successful communication.
Signature Requirement
An adult aged 18 or older is required to sign for the delivery acceptance. This ensures that the products reach the intended recipient and are handled with care.
Delivery Timeframe
Customers must accept delivery within the carrier's designated timeframe. Failure to do so may result in the carrier charging storage fees directly to the customer.
Refund Policy for Returned Shipments
If, for any reason, a shipment is returned to our facility due to failure to accept delivery, a refund will not be issued to cover the cost of materials, labor, packaging/handling, and all related shipping costs due to the nature of custom manufactured products.
Oversized Items and Freight Shipping
Round mattresses and beds are considered custom and oversized items, necessitating shipment via freight carrier. We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
Original Size Shipping
Our mattresses are not roll-packed, meaning they are shipped in their original size. Products are carefully packaged and boxed to ensure safe transit.

Damaged Freight Arrival
